London Sales & Account Manager

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and personable sales representative to sell our beer directly into London. The role will focus on driving growth by identifying and securing new on-trade and off-trade accounts, whilst also maintaining a high level of account management with existing customers. The successful candidate will possess customer facing and/or direct sales experience as well as being able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role will involve a lot of interaction with customers both over the phone and face-to-face. As such, you will need knowledge of craft beer and the beer market in general. This role is available immediately, but we are also willing to wait for the right candidate.
Beatnikz Republic are an award winning brewery based in Manchester. We produce modern flavourful beers in cask, keg and 440ml cans. In 2018, we increased our annual production to 2,600hl and opened our first bar in the Northern Quarter. In 2019, we are looking to double capacity and see our London Sales Representative as an essential part of our future growth.
Identify and secure new on-trade and off-trade accounts
Personable and efficient account management of all London based clients
Arranging events, such as MTBs and TTOs
Promoting the brewery at trade and retail events
Act as brand ambassador for London/SE
Producing invoices and paperwork management
Working to targets and communicating efficiently with brewery management
Customer service experience
Ability to work independently
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Beer knowledge and enthusiasm
Able to work flexible hours
Attend industry events (including weekends)
Experience with brewery software
Social media experience
Knowledge of brewing process
Event planning experience
